What you ask us most often
IT is laying people off. How can you then talk about a shortage of specialists?
Are you a recruitment agency?
No. We do not look for people for you on the job market — we provide specialists from our own team. They are our people, they work on other projects too, they have shared experience behind them and they stand in for one another. That removes the whole recruitment risk: you are not signing a contract with somebody nobody has seen at work before.
What happens if a specialist falls ill or leaves the project?
They are part of our team, so it is our problem, not yours. Someone else from the team steps in and the know-how about your environment stays in the company that looks after it for you.
